Brad is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state
of Iowa and provides design, inspection, and contract administration associated with streets, roads, drainage,
sanitary sewer, waste water lagoons, potable water infrastructure, low impact development, recreational trails,
parking lots, residential developments, commercial developments, sanitary sewer rehabilitation,
and other general civil engineering work. Brad also works on FEMA flood plain elevation certificates,
topographic surveys, construction staking, and assists with boundary surveys. In addition,
Brad certifies final plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Brad has worked in the engineering and
construction field since 1993 and has been with Beck Engineering since 2001. Brad has completed various
project types from basic site engineering to complete subdivision design. A few projects Brad has worked on in the past
include the Spirit Lake Pedestrian Underpass, the City of Okoboji PCC Paving and Low Impact Development
Project, the 2004 ICPA award-winning Spirit Lake East Entryway, and the
Historical Arnold's Park, Inc. Low Impact Development Project which was
nominated for the 2007 Iowa Stormwater Conference
Award for Outstanding Performance - Water Quality. Brad is also the City Engineer for the City
of Okoboji and the Engineer of Record for Drainage District #22 in the Iowa Great Lakes Area.
When possible, Brad's projects include low
impact methods in the interest of protecting the area lakes. His objective is providing quality and cost
effective engineering services.

and commercial developments. Jason also works on FEMA flood plain elevation certificates, topographic
surveys and construction surveys.
Jason has worked in the engineering and construction field since 2001 and has been with BEI since 2006.
Prior to joining BEI, Jason was involved in
Heavy Highway Construction. Jason has
completed various projects ranging from basic site plans to complete roadway
design. A few examples of past and
current projects include the City of Arnolds Park's Hinshaw Bridge,
the City of Okoboji PCC Paving
and Bioretention Cell Project and the City of Spirit Lake Highway 71/38th
Street Turning Lane Project.
Jason's objective is to provide quality
engineering and land surveying services for both the private and public sectors.

John served as the 2006-2007 Student Senate President of Iowa Lakes Community
College where he led a twelve student Senate who governed the student body and provided coordinated activities
for the five campuses across Northwestern Iowa. During his time at South Dakota State University, he was a student operator at
the waste water treatment facility in Brookings, South Dakota.
John received a 1st place finish in the VICA Skills USA, Iowa Tournament-Computer Aided Drafting and Design
in 2005 and a 3rd place finish in the Collegiate Division in 2006. While at South Dakota State University, John led
his team to a 1st place finish in the College of Engineering Expo Senior Design Competition. John
is currently actively serving in the Spirit Lake Noon Kiwanis Club.

Teresa joined Beck Engineering in May 2006 and is
responsible for financial aspects of the company. Her tasks include billing, payroll, accounts
payable, and general bookkeeping.
Teresa served as President of the Spirit Lake Noon Kiwanis Club in 2009-2010 and is currently a board member
of the club. Teresa is also currently a board member on the Spirit Lake Betterment Committee and the Spirit Lake
Development Corporation. She also volunteers for the
Dickinson County Compensation Board and Time-Out Nursery along with being a campaigner for the Bedell Family Y. Over the past couple of years she has
also volunteered as the treasurer for the Dickinson County Relay For Life, the ILCC Scholarship Fundraising Committee, the
Friends of CAASA Committee, and the Abben Cancer Center Fundraising Committee.
